Online Payments

1.1 Payment Terms

We accept payments via secure online gateways (Razorpay, PayPal, or direct wire transfer).
Clients outside India are required to make payments in USD, EUR, GBP, or another pre-approved international currency.
All payments are subject to applicable taxes, bank charges, or conversion fees (borne by the client unless otherwise agreed).

1.2 Invoices & Due Dates

Invoices will be raised in accordance with the mutually agreed schedule.
Payments must be made by the due date mentioned on the invoice.
Late payments may incur interest or service delays.

1.3 Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of billing errors or duplicate payments, subject to review.
Refund requests must be made in writing to info@tech4logic.com within 7 days of payment.
No refunds are provided for services already rendered or digital deliverables that have been shared.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, code, visuals, and other intellectual property developed during service engagements remain the property of Tech 4 Logic Pvt Ltd, unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials beyond the scope defined in the project agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary business information, project details, and any non-public data shared during the engagement.

A mutual NDA may be signed for specific projects if required.

Limitation of Liability

Tech 4 Logic Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for:

Our liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
