Services
Tech4Logic provides customer communication, notifications, and support workflows over WhatsApp. Some features may require you to provide accurate contact information and follow WhatsApp and Meta policies.
WhatsApp Messaging, Opt-In, and Opt-Out
You may receive WhatsApp messages from us only if you:
- Opt in to receive messages (for example via website form/checkbox, QR code, wa.me link, or explicit consent), or
- Initiate a WhatsApp conversation with us.
You can stop messages at any time by replying “STOP”. We may still send essential transactional messages related to a request you initiated.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
- Send or request spam, unsolicited marketing, or content that violates WhatsApp/Meta policies
- Attempt to access or disrupt our systems, scrape data, or bypass security measures
- Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content
