Tech4Logic provides WhatsApp-based customer communication and CRM services using the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). If you want us to delete your personal data that we may have processed through WhatsApp conversations, follow the steps below.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to info@tech4logic.com with the subject: “Data Deletion Request – Tech4Logic”.
What to Include in Your Request
Please include:
- Your WhatsApp phone number (with country code)
- Your name (optional)
- A short message: “Please delete my data.”
- Optional: a screenshot of the WhatsApp chat with our business number to help us locate records faster
Verification
For security, we may ask you to verify ownership of the WhatsApp number (for example, by sending a confirmation message from that WhatsApp number).
What We Delete
Upon valid request, we will delete or anonymize (where applicable):
- Your WhatsApp phone number stored in our CRM
- Message history stored in our systems
- Media shared in chats stored in our systems (if applicable)
- Associated metadata stored in our systems
Processing Time
We generally complete deletion requests within 7 to 30 days, depending on the amount of data and legal/operational requirements.
